Inside International IT Portfolio Management 2015

26th - 27th November 2015Schloss Bensberg near Cologne

On 26/27 November IT Portfolio Managers and IT PMO Leads from all over Europe came to Schloss Bensberg outside Cologne to discuss how to best align IT and business needs and how to move from a list of projects and IT Demands to a cross-organizational PMO that drives business value.

Through topical case studies from leading brands and in engaging roundtable discussion the participants shared challenges and plans from their individual practice backgrounds and in exchanging insights with their peers had the chance to develop new strategies to implement with their respective teams.

Leaders Contact would like to thank all attendees, speakers and moderators for their valuable contributions, their enthusiasm and active participation which made this a fun and successful event.

We’re already looking forward to next year’s event and would be thrilled to welcome you again! Watch this space for information on #ITP2016!
